Avant-Garde Art Glass is the next evolution in glass. Innovating a new way to create function. This impressive glass line will make you rethink the possibilities of percolation and functional glass.
Water, smoke and air travel within the walls of the glass and the percolation comes from within the designs. No need for down-stems or internal or external tubing. The imagery you see is a combination of trapped air and open passageways in the walls. The intricacy of these designs and function on these works of art are hard to capture with a camera. To truly appreciate this line of glass you need to hold it in your hands.
In addition to their unique function, these pieces of quality handmade glass have incredible attention to detail. They are made using high quality German Duran glass and have carefully crafted shaping and detailed features. Avant-Tech, process and techniques used to create Avant-Garde Art Glass have been in the making for 2 years. It was created, developed and produced by a professional glass blower with 20 years experience. Each Deco Series, Avant-Tech Drinking Glass and One-Off piece is numbered, signed and dated and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
This first series was done in all clear to showcase the tech in it's unadulterated form and truly show off the designs and function within the walls. Inspired by antique cut glass and art deco, this new innovative take on old classics is just the beginning of what this next evolution in glass has in store.
